Cizotech

Cizotech delivers cybersecurity engineering and research to customers in India and abroad. LogicSense leads its cybersecurity practice on a long-term consulting basis and built evaluation tasks for a frontier AI lab’s cybersecurity benchmark.

Engagement
Cybersecurity practice leadership and frontier AI model evaluation
Period
2026, ongoing

The challenge

Cizotech needed senior technical leadership for its cybersecurity practice, and specialist delivery for a customer engagement at the edge of AI safety research. Measuring how well AI models attack and defend real software calls for tasks that are realistic, reproducible on every run, graded by machine rather than opinion, and resistant to shortcuts and leakage.

Practice leadership

  • Our director serves as Cizotech’s Cybersecurity Head on a long-term consulting basis
  • Technical evaluation and interviewing of security candidates
  • Technical content for proposals and RFP responses across Cizotech’s cybersecurity offerings
  • Service design and technical standards for the practice

Evaluation engineering for a frontier AI lab

  • Sandboxed, machine-graded tasks that measure the offensive and defensive cyber capability of frontier AI models, authored from real vulnerability material
  • Offensive tasks covering memory corruption, exploit chaining, mitigation bypass and sandbox escape
  • Defensive tasks that test whether a model can find a defect and fix it without breaking intended behaviour, including defects that only appear where components interact
  • Containerised environments, so every attempt runs against an identical, isolated target
  • Grading that combines deterministic checks, rubric-based judging and analysis of the agent’s full trajectory, with discrimination validation and anti-leak hygiene

Outcomes

  • Test coverage on one task set raised by 40 to 50 percent
  • Evaluation tasks delivered across eight languages: C, C++, Rust, Go, C#, TypeScript, Python and Bash
  • A standing leadership role that continues beyond any single project
  • C
  • C++
  • Rust
  • Go
  • C#
  • Python
  • Docker
  • pytest
  • Agent harnesses
  • LLM-judge rubrics

Consumer healthcare · Multi-brand web estate

Global consumer healthcare company

Web platform engineering for a global consumer healthcare company, evolving a Core Web Vitals tool into a single web quality platform for performance, technical SEO, accessibility and site health across hundreds of brand websites.

Engagement
Web quality platform engineering
Period
2026, ongoing

The challenge

The company runs hundreds of brand websites across dozens of markets, and every one of them shapes how people find and trust its brands. Quality signals from search, analytics and performance tooling sat in separate places. The goal is one platform that watches the whole estate continuously and catches regressions before they reach production.

What we delivered

  • Ownership of an existing Core Web Vitals solution through structured knowledge transfer, evolving it into a broader web quality platform
  • Backend services, APIs and data pipelines that collect and normalise quality metrics across the full portfolio of sites
  • Automated crawlers, checks and monitoring for the signals defined by SEO, accessibility and analytics specialists
  • Quality gates, including Lighthouse CI, built into the delivery pipeline
  • Integrations with Google Search Console, GA4, BigQuery and the Chrome UX Report
  • Dashboards in Looker Studio, Grafana and custom interfaces, with reliability engineering for estate scale

Outcomes

  • One platform for Core Web Vitals, technical SEO and WCAG accessibility signals across the estate
  • Quality checks that run automatically, on a schedule and in the release pipeline
  • Specialist requirements turned into automated, repeatable engineering checks
  • TypeScript
  • NestJS
  • React Router
  • PostgreSQL
  • Docker
  • Azure Container Apps
  • GitHub Actions
  • Lighthouse CI
  • CrUX
  • BigQuery

Antara Capital

A compliance-first corporate website for a SEBI-registered stock broker and member of NSE and BSE.

Engagement
Corporate website design, build, launch and support
Period
2026, ongoing
Website
antaracapital.in

The challenge

For a regulated broker, the website is a regulated document as much as a marketing one. A newly registered firm needed a site that was compliant on day one while its registration details were still arriving, covering mandated disclosures, the investor charter, grievance redressal, risk disclosures and advertising rules, with every disclosure editable by a non-technical team.

What we delivered

  • Compliance-first information architecture across 18 routes, including disclosures, investor charter, investor grievance, risk disclosure and a documents register
  • A static-first build on Astro and Cloudflare, keeping the public attack surface small and pages fast
  • A Git-based CMS that holds every word, disclosure and registration value, entered once and reused everywhere
  • Account opening held behind a single switch until the firm commences business, as the exchange requires
  • Unknown registration values shown as "in progress", never invented
  • WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, security headers and an operations runbook at handover

Outcomes

  • First complete version on a private staging link within three days of starting the build
  • Live on the client’s own domain with zero build or type-check errors
  • No horizontal overflow at eleven screen widths from 320 to 2560 pixels
  • Astro
  • TypeScript
  • Keystatic
  • Cloudflare
  • Tailwind CSS

Joint venture: product architecture, full-stack and mobile development
Period
2022 to 2023

The challenge

In a medical emergency, the first hour can decide the outcome. InstaFlo set out to build a real-time service that handles requests for emergency help, and the responses to them, quickly and reliably. As a new venture it needed a robust architecture from day one and a clear path from proof of concept to a minimum viable product and beyond.

What we delivered

  • Full product lifecycle responsibility: system architecture, back end and front end, quality assurance and DevOps
  • Database design completed in record time so the build could start straight away
  • Architecture models, diagrams and workflows that guided the engineering team, validated with technical stakeholders
  • Advanced proofs of concept that de-risked the first release, followed by successive versions of the product
  • Real-time services and an event model for emergency requests and responses, behind a deliberately minimal interface
  • Hands-on delivery across a web application, a desktop application, a mobile app and serverless cloud functions

Outcomes

  • Taken from proof of concept to a minimum viable product and on to a feature-rich platform
  • A database foundation delivered in record time, giving the project an early start
  • C#
  • .NET 6
  • Angular
  • Ionic
  • UWP
  • Android (Dart)
  • Azure Functions
  • MongoDB
  • SQL Server
