If you email or call us, we process your name, your contact details, the content of your message and anything else you decide to share. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal or deliver services. We rely on your consent, on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and on the steps needed before entering into a contract with you.

When you browse the website

The website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages securely and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This data is used for security and performance and is not used by us to identify you. Cloudflare acts as our service provider and its own privacy policy explains how it handles this data.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. If that ever changes, for example to add privacy-friendly analytics, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to respond and follow up, and for no longer than three years after our last contact unless it becomes part of a client engagement. Client records are kept for as long as our contracts and the law require, including tax and company law.

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate, such as our email and hosting providers, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms, or where the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside India, and where they do we rely on appropriate safeguards.

Your rights
